Whee! I am no longer confused about things! Yesterday I went and met with the grad coordinatrix for history, an angel of a woman named Barb. She answered several of my questions and was generally wonderful. Then I met today with my advisor, a French dude. He's really nice, and he made a lot of good suggestions about classes and things like that. AND I learned from the history department newsletter when and where I get paid. Score.
