Excellent--mazel tov. I don't know if you've ever seen the Finger Lakes country, but it's beautiful--the whole of western NY State is, actually, though economically in bad shape. Also, Cornell, thanks to its Ag school, has a student-operated ice cream factory that sells its truly fine products on campus. Finally: there's a guy on the Music faculty named David Rosen, friend of mine, Verdi specialist (among other things) and all-around sweetie. Say Hi from John Burke. And good luck.
